PRE-ENROLLMENT  

Students who hold Artistic Baccalaureate, a Higher Degree in Plastic Arts, Design, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, or Dramatic Arts with a specialization in Scenography, among others, can access Higher Education studies at the art and design schools of the Diputació directly. Also, graduates in Technical Industrial Engineering, Architecture, and Fine Arts, or those who have passed the entrance exams for these university studies, are exempt from the test. You can consult all exemptions in detail, as well as find information about the exams at the web of departament d’Educació.

PRE-ENROLLMENT CALENDAR FOR HIGHER EDUCATION CYCLES:

 

  • Publication of the initial offer: May 22, 2025

  • Application submission period: from May 23 to 29, 2025, both dates inclusive. Documentation can be submitted until May 30, 2025.

  • Publication of the pre-enrollment application list at the school with provisional scores: June 30, 2025

  • Deadline to submit claims: from June 30 to July 4, 2025, using the electronic tool to attach claims

  • Publication of the pre-enrollment application list at the school with final scores, once claims are resolved: July 9, 2025

  • Tie-break lottery: July 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the central offices of the Department of Education (Via Augusta, 202-220, Barcelona)

  • Publication of the ordered list: July 14, 2025

  • Publication of the final offer: July 16, 2025

  • Publication of the list of admitted students and waiting list: July 17, 2025

  • Enrollment period for students admitted in the pre-enrollment: from July 18 to 24, 2025, both dates inclusive

NEW STUDENTS FROM JULY 18 TO 24, 2025

Schedule and place: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00, at the School Secretariat

DOCUMENTS TO FORMALIZE ENROLLMENT:

  • Completed application form (The form is provided at the School Secretariat)

  • Original DNI, NIE, passport, or identity document from the country of origin (for EU/EEA foreign students) (*)

  • Original family book or document proving filiation, and DNI of the applicant if the student is underage (*)

  • Original individual health card

  • Original document showing Social Security affiliation number

  • Original academic certificate of grades obtained in Bachillerato, the access test, or other studies allowing access to the cycle (*)

  • Original document proving eligibility for tuition reduction, if applicable: large or single-parent family card; honors enrollment or completion of a vocational cycle at another Diputació school; minimum 33% disability; victim of terrorist acts (or spouse/child); or woman (or child) victim of gender-based violence

  • 1 passport-size photo

  • If requesting module validation, provide supporting documents for the studies for which you are requesting validation (consult the School Secretariat)

  • (*) Only if not presented during the pre-enrollment process or if there have been changes since submission.


EXTRAORDINARY ENROLLMENT (COURSE 2024-2025) FOR NEW STUDENTS WHO ARE OR ARE NOT ON THE WAITING LIST AND WISH TO ENROLL WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION

  • When, after the ordinary enrollment process, places remain vacant, the school must offer them to participants in the pre-enrollment process not assigned in the first round, respecting the waiting list order. Management of these vacancies and the corresponding enrollment, as well as the validity and management of the waiting list, will be carried out until July 31, 2024 for both intermediate and higher-level cycles.

  • If vacancies remain after the above procedure, the school may establish, in accordance with the extraordinary call for the specific access test, an extraordinary pre-enrollment and enrollment period between September and October. Applications are submitted on paper at the school where the student wishes to enroll, and only one school may be requested. Allocation of places follows the same criteria as ordinary pre-enrollment.
