- Erasmus+ application form
- Academic transcript including average grade
- B1 language certificate or higher
- Motivation letter
- Portfolio of works (study mobility)
Traineeship mobility
Erasmus+ traineeship mobility allows students to complete a training period in companies, studios or cultural institutions in another European country. The traineeship must be related to the student’s field of study and recognised as part of their academic curriculum.
In the 2025-2026 call, traineeship mobilities have an indicative duration of 3 months. Tasks, objectives and conditions are agreed in advance through a Learning Agreement for Traineeships, with monitoring provided by a tutor at the host organisation and a tutor at EAD Tarragona.
Erasmus+ financial support
Erasmus+ mobilities include financial support aimed at contributing to the costs arising from the international stay.
The grant amount varies depending on the type of mobility (studies or traineeship), the duration of the stay and the destination country. In addition to the individual support grant, the Erasmus+ programme includes travel support and possible additional top-ups for students with fewer opportunities.
The amounts and specific conditions for each academic year can be consulted in the current Erasmus+ call.
Where to find traineeship offers
One of the main challenges of traineeship mobility is finding companies or institutions willing to host students. To facilitate this process, there are official European platforms available.
ERASMUSINTERN
Erasmus+ traineeship platform developed by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). It allows companies to publish offers and students to search for traineeships using filters such as country, professional field and duration.
Access ERASMUSINTERN
EURES
European EURES network portal aimed at young people, with traineeship, job and volunteering opportunities across Europe.
Access EURES
Practical tip: on the EURES portal, click on “Find a job” and type “Traineeship” in the “Keywords” field to filter traineeship offers.
Before accepting any offer, it must be validated by the Erasmus Coordinator and comply with the academic requirements of the study programme.
How to submit your application
Interested applicants must submit their application through the Electronic Office of the Diputació de Tarragona or through the official registration channels established in the call.
Applications will be selected through a competitive procedure taking into account the academic record, certified language level, motivation letter and portfolio of works in the case of study mobilities.
