The website has been built with the aim of providing universal access to all people who consult it, regardless of their physical, sensory or intellectual abilities, or the technical use context with what they do (device type, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc.).

Therefore, we are working with the aim of adapting the entire website to the recommendations of the World Wide Web W3C Consortium in order to remove barriers that hinder access to information and communication. These recommendations are specified in the accessibility guidelines of the WCAG 2.0 website. These WCAG 2.0 guidelines refer to the UNE 139803: 2012 Standard, which updates and replaces the previous 2004 one, which referred to the WCAG 1.0 standards.

Tarragona’s commitment is to comply at 'Double-A' (AA) level conformity, as European, and Spanish (Spanish Royal Decree 1494/2007 dated November 12th) and Catalan legislation (Law 13/2014 , dated October 30th, on Accessibility), require of public adminstrations.
