Accessibility Statement

The Diputació de Tarragona (Provincial Council of Tarragona) has committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 26, 2016.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.dipta.cat, excluding embedded content from other domains.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on October 3, 2022. The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment carried out by the company Everycode S.L. on June 16, 2022. Last revision of the statement: October 3, 2022.

This can be done through the electronic form for complaints, suggestions, or inquiries, as well as other options established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Communications, complaints, and requests for accessible information will be received and processed by the Accessibility Responsible Unit of the Diputació de Tarragona.

Application Procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it has been rejected, you do not agree with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be started if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Office of the Diputació de Tarragona, as well as other options established in Law 39/2015, of October 1. Claims will be received and processed by the Responsible Unit of the Diputació de Tarragona.
