What is Erasmus?

Erasmus+ is the European Union programme that promotes mobility and cooperation to enrich the education, training, and personal development of young people and professionals. The project fosters a more open, inclusive Europe that is prepared for future social, digital, and environmental challenges. (Co-funded by the European Union).

In the 2021–2027 period, Erasmus+ places a special emphasis on:

Inclusion and equal opportunities: Facilitating access to the programme for people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
Green and digital transition: Supporting the acquisition of key competences to address technological and environmental changes.
Youth participation: Encouraging young people to take an active part in democratic life and in their own personal and professional development.

At the School of Art and Design of the Provincial Council in Reus (EADR), Erasmus+ opens the door to international experiences that enrich both students and teaching and administrative staff:

For students

Study Mobility: The possibility of completing part of their studies at other European higher education institutions, broadening educational and cultural horizons.
Internship Mobility: Access to internships in companies or institutions in other countries, gaining professional experience in an international context.

For teaching and administrative staff

Teaching Mobility: The option to teach at partner European schools, promoting the exchange of knowledge and methodologies.
Training Mobility: Participation in courses and training stays abroad to enhance professional skills and strengthen the school’s educational quality.

EADR also collaborates in innovative projects and European cooperation initiatives that promote new methodologies, creativity, and connections with cultural and educational institutions.
