To contribute to community well-being, the School offers non-formal education through a range of short courses (monographic courses), with the aim of providing artistic and cultural education throughout life.

Admission and Priority Criteria
PRIORITY AND ADDITIONAL ADMISSION CRITERIA AND SCORING SYSTEM
Applicants who have never been enrolled at the School: 5 points
Applicants enrolled in previous academic years, but not enrolled during the immediately preceding academic year: 4 points
Applicants enrolled during the immediately preceding academic year in a different monographic course from the one applied for: 3 points
Applicants who completed the same monographic course during the immediately preceding academic year: 2 points
Applicants who completed the same monographic course consecutively during the previous two academic years: 1 point
Applicants who completed the same monographic course consecutively during the previous three or more academic years: 0 points
Tie-break Criterion
In the event of a tie, successful applications will be ranked alphabetically by the applicant's first surname, beginning with the letter established through the public draw conducted by the People and Talent Department and in force at the time this decree is signed.
Accordingly, applicants whose first surname begins with the selected letter will be considered first. If there are none, the order will continue with the following letter, and so on.
If places remain available, enrolment will remain open.
Timetables
The monographic courses are taught in the afternoon, except for the Preparatory Course for the Entrance Examination, which includes one morning session.

Course Fees
Course fees are regulated by the REGULATIONS GOVERNING PUBLIC FEES FOR ARTISTIC EDUCATION SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE EDUCATIONAL CENTRES OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF TARRAGONA and vary according to the duration of each monographic course.

Enrolment
From 1 to 8 September, online using the code provided following pre-enrolment and admission.
- In the case of the Preparatory Course for the Specific Part of the Entrance Examination, enrolment will remain open, subject to the availability of places, until 30 January 2027.
Documents Required for Enrolment
National ID card (DNI) or equivalent identification document.
Health insurance card.
Image rights consent form.
Disability certificate (33% or more) issued by the Department of Labour, Social Affairs and Families.
Supporting documentation proving status as:
Victim of terrorism
Victim of gender-based violence and their children
Refugee, asylum seeker or stateless person
Unemployed person registered as a job seeker
Person affected by a Temporary Employment Regulation Scheme (ERTE)
Self-employed person whose economic activity has been suspended or reduced
Documentation Required for Fee Reductions and Exemptions
Disability certificate (33% or more) issued by the Department of Labour, Social Affairs and Families: 100% fee exemption
Supporting documentation proving status as:
Victim of terrorism: 100% fee exemption
Victim of gender-based violence and their children: 100% fee exemption
Refugee, asylum seeker or stateless person: 100% fee exemption
Unemployed person registered as a job seeker: 50% fee reduction
Person affected by a Temporary Employment Regulation Scheme (ERTE): 50% fee reduction
Self-employed person whose economic activity has been suspended or reduced: 50% fee reduction
Resolution
Approval of the course offer and the pre-enrolment and enrolment calendar, the priority and additional admission criteria and scoring system applicable to the monographic courses (non-formal education) offered by the School of Art and Design of the Provincial Council of Tarragona for the 2026–2027 academic year.
