Pre-registration and enrollment in monographs for the 2025-2026 academic year

In order to contribute to community well-being, the school offers non-formal education in the form of short courses, aiming to provide lifelong artistic and cultural learning opportunities.

Pre-enrolment Calendar for Short Courses 2025–2026

Available spots: June 20, 2025

Pre-enrolment period: June 23–27, 2025

Pre-registration request: Online, by filling out the form that you will find available from Monday, June 23 at 9:00 a.m., or in person at the school, requesting a prior appointment.

Publication of the provisional list: July 3, 2025 (preparatory course only)

Appeals period: July 3–9, 2025 (preparatory course only)

Publication of admitted students list: July 11, 2025

Publication of the waiting list: July 11, 2025

Initial Offer of Available Spots for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

  • Preparatory course for CFGS entry exams: 15 spots
  • Printmaking:
    • Intro to Printmaking: 15 spots
    • Advanced Printmaking: 15 spots
  • Ceramics:
    • Intro to Ceramics: 15 spots
    • Advanced Ceramics: 15 spots
  • Painting and Drawing: 30 spots
    • Group A: 15 spots
    • Group B: 15 spots

Admission and Priority Criteria

The following main and complementary admission criteria will be applied when the number of applications exceeds the number of available spots:

Preparatory Course for CFGS Entry Exams New students: 1 point Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots
Printmaking Intro to Printmaking New students: 2 points Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots
Advanced Printmaking Students enrolled for the first time last year in Printmaking: 1 point Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots and a positive portfolio evaluation.
Ceramics Intro to Ceramics New students: 2 points Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots
Advanced Ceramics Students enrolled for the first time last year in Ceramics: 1 point Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots and a positive portfolio evaluation.
Painting and Drawing New students: 1 point Maximum of one academic year, unless there are vacant spots

Schedule

The short courses are held in the afternoons, from October to May, except for the preparatory course for the access test, which starts in September and ends one week before the test.

Short Course Fees

Fees are regulated by the RULES GOVERNING PUBLIC FEES FOR THE PROVISION OF ART EDUCATION SERVICES AT THE EDUCATIONAL CENTRES OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF TARRAGONA and vary depending on the duration of each course.

Failure to formalize enrollment on the scheduled day and time will result in the loss of the reserved spot, which will be offered in order to those on the waiting list.

  • National ID or equivalent document
  • Health card
  • Image rights release form
  • 33% disability certificate issued by the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families
  • Supporting documentation for:
    • victims of terrorism
    • victims of gender-based violence and their children
    • refugees, asylum seekers, or stateless persons
    • unemployed persons registered as job seekers
    • persons under a Temporary Employment Regulation File (ERTO)
    • self-employed persons in suspension or reduction of activity

Documentation for Fee Reductions

  • 33% disability certificate: 100% discount
  • Supporting documentation for:
    • victims of terrorism: 100% discount

    • unemployed registered as job seekers: 50% discount
    • persons under ERTO: 50% discount

Resolution

Approval of the offer and calendar for pre-enrolment and enrollment, priority and complementary admission criteria and evaluation scales, for the short courses (non-formal education) at the School of Art and Design of the Tarragona Provincial Council for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Admitted and Waiting List for Short Courses 2025–2026

Publication of the list of admitted students for the various short courses and the corresponding waiting list, ordered to be used in case of vacancies in the courses and the preparatory access course. Consult the page of each course.
