The School of Art and Design of the Provincial Council in Reus presents an exhibition of the monographic courses in life drawing and artist’s book design

The School of Art and Design of the Provincial Council in Reus is hosting a new exhibition featuring works created by students from the monographic courses Life Drawing and Design Your Artist’s Book, two training programmes focused on artistic practice and personal experimentation.

The exhibition can be visited in the school’s Llimoner space from May 13 to June 4, 2026, and will open on May 13 at 7 pm. It brings together a selection of works that showcase the students’ creative processes, as well as the diversity of languages, techniques, and perspectives developed throughout the courses.

In the life drawing monographic course, the works present studies of the human body based on direct observation, with particular attention to gesture, proportion, and expressive line. In the artist’s book design course, the pieces explore the book as a creative object, combining image, form, and narrative in personal and experimental formats.

This exhibition highlights the role of monographic courses as open and accessible learning spaces connected to contemporary artistic practice, while also offering an opportunity to share the work developed at the school with the public.

The initiative reinforces the school’s commitment to promoting artistic creation and fostering spaces for interaction between students, teachers, and the wider community.
