The School of Art and Design of the Provincial Council in Reus has opened the “PFC’s 3x2” exhibition, showcasing the final cycle projects of students from Projects and Decoration Works Management (PIDOD) and Ephemeral Architecture from the 2024–2025 academic year. The exhibition can be visited at Espai Llimoner, the school’s exhibition space and the usual setting for the installations organized by the centre. As is tradition at the EADR, the design and assembly of the exhibition have been carried out entirely by the 3x2 students, who created their own exhibition proposal to give cohesion to the collection of projects. This practice is part of the school’s pedagogical model, which prioritizes hands-on work and direct experience in real professional projects. The main theme of the final projects, “The New Skin”, proposed the rehabilitation of Mas de les Creus, a historic farmhouse located in Reus, converting it into a small hotel adapted to contemporary needs of comfort, functionality and sustainability. The developed proposals offer diverse approaches, ranging from respectful preservation to innovative solutions that explore new textures, materials and ways of inhabiting rural space. The “PFC’s 3x2” exhibition will be open until January 16th, 2026, offering the public the opportunity to closely discover the talent and work of the EADR’s higher-level students.
