Gisela López Carreras is among the top ten projects in the Young Design category of the Catalonia Ecodesign Award 2025.

Her project, MYVITA – Vitamin Packaging, features biodegradable containers for two lines of generic vitamins, made from PHA bioplastic derived from organic waste. Labels use 37% recycled paper with potato-starch adhesive, and secondary packaging is 100% recycled kraft cardboard, all designed for recycling or composting.

The triangular shape enhances visual differentiation and storage efficiency, while the dosage cap dispenses one pill at a time, improving hygiene and preservation.
